Gestures of Disappearance

I have two pieces, The Future of Ruins and Monuments of Great Notch in this show at VisArts in Rockville , Maryland. Both works come out of the process of walking a specific location and “reading” the landscape. They also both ruminate on the legacy of land art in our time of climate crisis.

VisArts is located in the Rockville Town Square at 155 Gibbs St. 2nd floor. The show is up March 17th and I’ll be there for an artist’s talk on the 16th. (LINK)
